- Need help planning your Disney World trip?In Disney World DiscussionOctober 25, 2023On my Epcot park day I hope to rope drop Remy - I am staying at All-Star Music, so will have early entry. Am I better to take the bus to the front entrance of Epcot or to find a way to the International Gateway (perhaps bus to Hollywood Studios, then Skyliners to International Gateway?)?26
- Suitable faster rides for a Senior (79 years old)In Disney World Discussion·March 8, 2024I'm treating my mother to another visit to Disney World this May, and I'd like her to experience some of the more technically advanced rides. Problem is, she's 79 and generally terrified of theme park rides!! We did all the classic gentle rides last year in the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, but she commented "this all feels a bit old fashioned"!! I told her that's only because she's too scared to go on the bigger rides! So I'm thinking this year I'll push her to go on some more "extreme rides" so she sees the newer side of Disney. Here are my thoughts of what may be ok - Rise of the Resistance, Slinky Dog, Test Track, Dinosaur. The main one I'd love to get her on is Rise....that should be ok for a 79 year old? She's physically in decent shape, but does get scared pretty easily. Any thoughts on whether Rise or the others are too extreme for a senior? Thanks :-)2676
- Animation Experience at Animal Kingdom - Who did you draw?In Ear Scouts Lodge·October 27, 2023Hey! Just a random thought wondering which Disney character everyone got to draw (or wants to draw) at the Animation Experience at Conservation Station? I got to draw Tod from Fox of the Hound (see picture), which I was pretty happy with as it's one of my favourite movies. Next time, I hope I get someone from the Jungle Book or Winnie the Pooh! :-)26132

I was wondering if you plan on doing another Video trying out the Lightning Lane now that Week one has passed? Also will you try it in another park Like Hollywood Studios? I hope you are feeling better and the bout with Covid was a mild one.33105
- Universal Park strategies? In Ear Scouts Lodge·November 23, 2023Hi Rob, Just wondered if you've ever considered making strategy videos for the Universal Parks? They don't quite have the same Disney magic, but there's a lot of big attractions. I've attempted to watch other youtube vids, but none are as good as yours!33120

- My Experience Booking Dining ReservationsIn Disney World Discussion·September 7, 2024Hi All - I recently booked my advanced dining reservations for the four days we will be staying at a disney hotel. Here was my experience: Time - I logged in at 5:40 am ready to go, and none of my days showed up until 6:01 am. At first it was just the first day and then by 6:15 am, all four days appeared. App v. Website - The website was faster than the app to show days and allow me to book. I had both open and was checking each frequently. I had different tabs on my laptop ready to go - one for each restaurant I wanted to book and refreshed them constantly. Booking a party of 8. This was impossible for peak dining times right away, even at not super popular restaurants (i.e. skipper canteen). I got my husband online and we each were able to book a party of 4 for the same time at each restaurant, including Fantasmic dining package. Hope we can get tables close together! Space 220 Lounge. It was impossible to book from the very start. I will keep checking and hope something pops up, maybe the day of is my best chance at this point ? Any other advice or experience to share? Thank you and think happy thoughts3383
