Hey Allison! This is Erick, I think Rob forgot to mention that for dessert, the best thing was the Liquid Nitro Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake! If you can you should definitely give it a try!
Thanks Allison! Glad you liked it. Best for both of us was nitro frozen cheesecake at Swirled Showcase, honey cauliflower at Honey Bee-stro and the Scottish Thistle cocktail at UK Beer Cart. Best for just Erick was the scallops in Canada and best for me specifically was probably the tamale in Mexico, though Erick liked that a lot, too.
