Hello there fellow Disney fans! This past week my co-host @Rob Dis-List and I welcomed @Ear Scouts to our show for the second time. We had a fabulous time recording another episode with him. So I got my toes done before my trip to the Flower and Garden Festival in a few weeks. I always try to get in a nice pedicure and polish before I head to Florida (Mosty because some of my toenails aren’t terribly attractive haha). I had a festive red and white paint job when I went last December. Who else has some fun rituals before you hit the World? Also, specifically for Rob, how long does it take you to pick out the perfect set of ears for the day? 😁

I just needed a place to express my excitement! The Flower & Garden festival is starting on February 28th 2024 🙌 Why am I so excited about this? Let me tell you! I have a trip coming up at the end of February with just me and my husband (1st time with no kids, just us!) We picked our travel dates based on a lot of factors, including work schedules, weather, crowds etc and we landed on 2/25 - 3/2. The one thing I did NOT consider at that time was the Epcot festivals, which is one of our favorite things to experience at WDW. After our plans were made and I realized my problem, I've been trying to keep some positive thoughts that it would start on 3/1 like last year and we'd at least get one day to check it out. But can I just tell you the EXCITEMENT I felt last night when scrolling the internet to discover F&G starts on 2/28 this year! I literally jumped out of my chair 🤣 So now we'll have 3 park days to experience the festival (2024 is a leap year, 29 days in Feb 🙂) We had planned on starting or hopping to Epcot most days anyway, since that is our favorite park. I haven't been to a F&G festival in YEARS. And by years, I mean way back to when it was basically only topiaries and flower displays, no food booths or entertainment (at least that I remember, I was a kid). I'm so beyond excited! I started to share this on my FB, but realized nobody is going to care (I don't have too many Disney adults in my life 🫤) so I needed to share my excitement with others who get it! If you are still reading this (don't blame you if you're not, I definitely rambled 😆) please tell me your favorite thing about F&G! I can't wait to try as many food booths as we can. I'm assuming they do some sort of scavenger hunt or food crawl, so sign me up! I'm a happy girl today ☺️

Hello! I saw somewhere that if you have a booked dining reservation it won’t show you lightening lanes an hour or two before or after that reservation. Is this true? Thanks! Shelby

Do you take a bag or enter without anything? I always take too much between phone chargers, fan, wallet…. I always get sent to security for a bag check too!!! What is in your bag?

Heigh-ho everybody! Just wanted to give you all an update on what we've been up to. We escaped the Presidents Day craziness at Disney World to come visit my hometown of Charleston, SC for the week. Luckily, the microwave in our Airbnb kept us from feeling homesick about our new home at WDW. 😂 We've got some fun new videos on the way real soon! We should be filming in the parks again this weekend and then it will be time for Flower & Garden! But until then, I'm going to keep thinking happy thoughts and enjoy some time with my family and friends. See you all soon!
