If you buy an ILL and the ride breaks down, and you never get to use it, do you get a refund?

Hello Noah! That's a scenario that rarely happens* but if it does happen, you will have to go to Guest Relations and let them know about your situation and they may be able to refund you. Just remember to be extra nice when you ask, that helps a lot.
*Except for RoR at HS, that one tends to break down more than the others.
You definitely get a refund, but I'm not sure how it's handled. It might be automatic, or you may have to go to one of the Guest Services stations with the blue umbrellas. Hopefully someone has more experience with this!
