I have a question and want to clarify something. I will be staying off the Disney property. I must wait until the park opens to book my first ILL, correct? I planned on getting the ILL for 7DMT and trying for a 1 pm VQ for Tron. Can I try to book a VQ for Tron at 7 am if I am staying off-property?

Hi Noah, I swear I answered this yesterday but for some reason it didn’t post lol. Anyway, yes, you are correct. Everyone can book LLs with Genie + at 7am and only resort guests can book ILLs at 7. Everyone else has to wait until park opening. Also, anyone can book a Virtual Queue beginning at 7am as long as you have a date based ticket or a park reservation with an AP. It really is confusing and I had to look up the rules myself to make sure I was up to date 😂 Hope this helps and hope you have a great trip!
