Hi..just used the service this week. It cannot be pre-booked. We booked it in the morning (around 7:15am) and used it to go directly to MK from the Beach Club rather than a usual Lyft or Uber which can only go to the Transportation centre (for me it's real differentiation). Price wise...$42 vs around $15 for an Uber, so significant premium.
