Thank you so much, Kiran! I had heard (and seen from Ear Scouts videos) that the buses sometimes run earlier, but I wasn’t sure if that was a typical thing. Good to know this has been your experience as well. I’ve also been instructed by Disney cast members to ask the front desk the night before if they know the morning bus schedule for our hotel, just to be safe on timing.
