Week Of Christmas Disney Visit, Which Park to Go to First?

I'm planning on going to Disney World hopefully this Christmas! I bought 2-day park hopper tickets. I plan to spend a full day at Magic Kingdom (Tickets were cheaper as park hoppers than one full day and one park hopper, plus the dates are flexible to choose to go with park hopper.) and park hop between Epcot and Animal Kingdom on another day.
My question is which day should I go to which park/parks? My dates of disney would be on Monday, December 23 and Tuesday, December 24th. I've heard many say to skip MK on Monday's but thought I'd ask an expert haha. Also, do you think the crowds will be tolerable? 😬 I will be purchasing LL on the trip, I went in March with your tips and it was blissful during the Super Crowded Spring Break Week. I am so thankful for your videos and they surely got us through the days efficiently.❤️ I tried to go without LL on one day and was mortified. Haha. Thanks again! Your videos are super helpful! Will always be watching them! 💕
Heigh Ho Areli! While I’ve never been brave enough to go that close to Christmas haha, I did look at a reliable crowd calendar. Monday will definitely be busier across the board. Surprisingly, they are predicting MK to have much lower crowds on Christmas Eve. I guess I would go with whatever park is most important to me on Tuesday. Hope that helps!
