I think ‘best’ is subjective, but I’m here right now and went to the party on Labor Day. Every event is likely to be sold out, but I will say the crowds this week are VERY low. We have done everything we want in the parks by 2:00. BUT, if you don’t like the heat, it’s still scorching!
