We love Garden Grill for breakfast and we used to always do a pre-park opening breakfast and be the first group to board Soaring as the park opened. With Remy in the mix now and lightning lanes tough to get for the main 3 priorities (Remy, Frozen, Test Track) in one day during a busy week, would it be best to rope drop Remy, then go do breakfast at 9:15 at Garden Grill? Will be entering through the International Gateway. That way we would only need to use Genie Plus for 2 of the 3 main rides that are tough to get.

I agree with these posts - enjoy Early Entry and give yourself plenty of time to get to Garden Grill for your reservation.
My experience usually goes like this. Ripe drop Remy. Ride breaks and opens after 9. Wasted early entry waiting. Get to Frozen and it’s an hour wait already. So in theory that always the plan but rarely works. My favorite part is walking through the countries empty though.
But my question is more about when to book Garden Grill.
I agree with Scooter! And, fun fact, if you want to get to Frozen from Remy’s or International Gateway, it’s faster to go through Canada than it does to go the other way by Japan (although it’s very close). You can use Google Maps to see which is the faster walking path.
Yes Yes Yes. In fact, if you are amongst the front group at rope drop for International, you can do remy, and get over to Frozen before the main gate opens. Get test track as your first Genie plus (at 7:00 am) and go for Soarin after that. We have done this three times (once we went to Soarin after Remi) then but we found Soarin is easier to get a Genie plus than Frozen Though neither is that difficult.
