Hello! I just watched your Park hopping guide for 2024 and it was super helpful! I am confused about one thing... This is our first time park hopping. We've used Genie plus before on our Trip in January of 2023 and are headed back in a few weeks.
We are planning on starting our first day at Animal Kingdom then heading to Hollywood studios.
My goal is to do something similar to what you did in your park hopping video where you select Navi for the earliest return you can get and hopefully get first thing after park opens. Then try and get Expedition Everest and Safari's done before 10AM. After I check into my last LL at Animal Kingdom (possibly at 9:30am? ) should I book a Hollywood studios ride at this time with early to mid afternoon return time? And then would I still get to book a ride at 10Am and take advantage of the 2 hour rule? and book another LL for Dinosaur or Kali River rapids? Then when I'm done riding everything at Animal Kingdom, Once I check into Kali River, can I book a 2nd LL at Hollywood studios? and possibly have 2 LL's booked before i get there?
Then at that point, the 2 hour rule would start based on my last LL booked? or my first one I booked at 10AM?
Or, once I check into my first 8Am LL at Animal Kingdom, does my 2 hour rule re-set and I won't be able to "Stack" if I keep selecting ride return times happening soon?
Hopefully that all makes sense!
Love your Videos! They are super informative!!
Lindsey
Something to bare in mind is the new lightning lane system also starts in a few weeks. Hope you get in there before it starts!
Hi Lindsey! If I’m reading your question correctly, I’m afraid that yes, the 120 minute rule does re-set to the last LL you booked. If you book a LL for the Studios at 9:30 am for 2pm, you would not be able to book another (for either park) until 11:30.
