One of my favorite tricks is to get an early breakfast reservation at Grand Floridian Cafe or Steakhouse 71 and then stroll over to the MK! Only snag in that plan is you’ll have to Uber.

Had he been just under 2 hours late it would have been green. I don't recall any ear scouts video where Rob tried booking another lightning lane during this grace period though. I'd be very interested to see Rob try this.

You should be able to get more than 3 lightning lanes. Each time you use one you can book another. I think the only way you'd end up with just 3 is if it's a very busy day and you're only interested in the very hard-to-get lightning lanes. But that means the alternative for those 3 attractions would be very long standby queues, so I'd think it's still worth it.

I think those videos where people are charging around tend to be because they're trying to do literally everything in one day. Realistically there will likely be some attractions or shows that you're not bothered about. First advice (which Rob always says!) is to make a list of your "must do's" and ensure you prioritise those. In terms of strategy I'd take advantage of Early Entry and do Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or Peter Pan early. For multi-pass I'd pre-book Tiana's, Haunted Mansion and then one other as your "unlock ride". Pirates would be a good option if you're going to start going that way. After your first ride, you'll have to prioritise Jungle Cruise (if you want to do it) as that is a popular one. Then if you can get Big Thunder Mountain then that area of the park will be pretty much done. You're probably not going to be able to get every ride in the order you want, but multi pass allows you time to have a break so if you have to wait an hour for a lightning lane it's not necessarily a bad thing.

I am with you. We are team Yacht club. Proximity to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Boardwalk , great service attitude and the slightly peaceful vibe is just great. For us, head and shoulders above Grand Floridian.

We haven't done Beach or Yacht Club yet, but Boardwalk is currently my favorite resort. Love the location, the great dining options, the vibe - it's great!
