Yeah - those Epcot area resorts are pretty unbeatable location-wise. We loved staying at Boardwalk and the Swan.

It was her favourite ride at Disney :-) I would love her to do Flight of Passage - didn’t think of that! She did love Soarin, which I guess is a tiny bit similar! Craig, thanks for the tip. As Craig mentioned - I'm not sure if you can use two one day tickets on the same day. I will try to remember to ask someone at Guest Relations the next time I am at the parks. Assuming you CAN do this, I would not bother with going to Epcot in the morning. As long as you have a park reservation for Epcot on one of the tickets, you can try for Guardians at 7AM. If you have a park hopper, you can also still try for Guardians at 7AM when you start at AK because they changed the rules when they moved to all-day park hopping. Also know that they are very loosey-goosey with return windows at Guardians. Although you technically have to return within 20 minutes of your window "officially," they pretty much always let folks in late, especially if you let them know it overlapped with something else you had already planned. Here's the bigger problem with your plan: I THINK you will have to buy Genie Plus twice - once for each ticket. You won't be able to buy the park hopper variant because neither of your tickets have the park hopper option added. My guess is it will only offer you the Genie for the park you are in with that ticket. And this is another reason I don't think it is going to let you use two park tickets on the same day - Genie ties to your account, not your ticket. I know for a fact it is not possible to have two Genies at the same time (I asked 😅).

Thanks Rob We plan on just getting standard 4 days park tickets (not annual passes) for the dates we will be there. Which includes 12/30&12/31 . This will definitely effect the trip if we cannot re enter a park 😬. I heard you cannot re enter EVEN if you started at that park. Hope that’s not true. Womp womp! lol lmk if ya hear anything

Ah yes. MK is a different animal when it comes to Uber. Minnie Vans will take you to the gate if that works for your party. If I plan on rope dropping, I'll try to get breakfast at the Contemporary or Grand Floridian and just stroll over. No tricks for HS or AK. The ride share areas aren't too far away.
