Hi Y'all ! planning on going to December 8th MVMCP and trying to get my strategy down to be able to secure the popcorn bucket! I wanna know does it only start being sold right at 7? What area ? TIA if you drop some knowledgeable tips to help me secure my first ever party popcorn bucket! Happy Holidays y'all!

Which time frame would you pick?

Hi Jennie! As far as crowds go, they start to go down around Jan 5. Either week looks pretty good according to Touring Plans. They do expect slightly bigger crowds on Saturday and Sunday of MLK weekend, but otherwise the crowds during the week are lower as the months go on. Judging from that, I’d say it depends on what you plan for those weekend days. Either way, I think you will be fine. I will add, they usually close the Skyliner in January for maintenance for about 10 days. Unfortunately they havne’t even announced the dates for 2025 yet. In 2023 it was Jan 22-29 and 2024 was Jan 16-26. So if the Skyliner is important to you, going earlier in the month may be advantageous. Thoughts on LL Multi Pass after 3 months?

Hello! I want to start by saying that I really appreciate your videos, they are extremely helpful—I used all of your tips and tricks for Genie+ when I went to Disney last Christmas and we had a magnificent time! I played the Genie slots for all 3 of us in our group and we got to ride 99% of the rides we wanted to do in HS and MK on one of the busiest days of the year. So thank you for that! I am currently planning my next trip (Oct. 19) and meticulously studying your videos on the new system. My partner and I will be park hopping (HS and MK again). I wanted to know what are your thoughts on the new system 3 months in? Do you find it harder to get return times compared to Genie+? Interested in reading everyone's experience with Multi Pass!

MK Park Hours and Lightning Lane Availability

I just found out that during most of my trip in late January, MK will be closing at 7pm. From what I can tell on thrill-data.com, lightning lanes sell out much more quickly when there are limited hours like this. I've heard that the park is less busy when it closes early but the data seems to show that the lower supply of LL's significantly outweighs the lower demand from smaller crowds. Can anyone speak to this from experience? Is it significantly harder to get lightning lanes on shorter park days?
