If I were doing this day I would definitely start at AK and drop FOP and Navi (although Navi I could do without) and then stack stuff for HS. The biggest thing that could change my mind is the crowd levels. If the crowd levels aren't projected to be high you can probably get away with using Genie+ to rip through AK super fast and then switch to HS as soon as you tap in at your last attraction at AK. If it's crowded though, you need to think of the very real possiblity of the Lightning Lanes running out at the more popular HS attractions. So in my case it depends on crowd level.

We were staying at Beach Club - so a lot of our park hopping related to dining. We went to HS, then had an evening booking for dinner at EPCOT for example. We often went part day to one park, had a break and went to another for the evening. For this trip we were an adult couple and had one week with our favourite park being EPCOT and it was food and wine, so location of accomodation on this trip was the key to our success/park hopping decisions :)

You don't need to wait as long for a spot in the hub in front of the castle as you would on a regular night. 15 minutes is probably plenty unless you have a large group/stroller(s)/ECV, etc. If you want to watch the parade from Main St, you might want to arrive earlier, but I would think 20-25 minutes should be plenty. The parade follows the normal route: Frontierland (comes out next to the old Splash Mtn), goes through to Liberty Square, turns to go in front of Hall of Presidents, goes in front of castle, then circles around the hub to Main Street. It goes the full length of Main St and ends near the barber shop.

I am not sure how to answer, I am older and I know that is a lot for me. Not sure how far your flight is or how much of a trooper your daughter is. Love your energy though!

I did the After Hours Event at Hollywood Studios in May, and despite tickets being sold out, most rides were walk on, including Rise of the Resistance. Plus you get free Mickey Bars and drinks. I really felt like I had the park to myself. The only ride I waited more than 10 mins for was Slinky Dog, but I even managed multiple rides on that befoe the end. I'd love to do After Hours in Magic Kingdom, so do it if you can! :-)

Yeah depending on where your staying might influence, I'm team AK in the morning, and stacking lightning lanes for HS, if this is your only day at the parks, I would buy ILL for both Flight of Passage and Rise (risky waiting till the end of the day but oh well) and rope drop Navi, should have almost no wait (outside of shows) doing this!

I think you could certainly do a short Epcot day on the day of the party, but I wouldn't recommend trying to make a full park day out of it because you would likely be exhausted. You may find that a 2-Day Park Hopper ticket is cheaper than a 1-Day 1-Park and a 1-Day Park Hopper bought separately, so be sure to check that. Even if you bought your 1-Day Park Hoppers already, you can always upgrade them by paying the price difference.

What is it you all like the best? We actually went to the 8:30 parade and sat in the middle of Main Street. It was my husband and I. I sat down at 7:00 and there were not a lot of spots near where we wanted to be. After I sat down my husband went out exploring. I am more about rides so we started with Haunted Mansion. We shopped about 6:00. We actually packed sandwiches and found a nice table and chairs and ate our food. He went on a cookie hunt for himself.

I've noticed your Genie+ videos get a lot more traffic. Have you thought about focusing more on those and making them seasonal? It's really one of the things where you guys excell!
