- Genie ConundrumIn Disney Genie ForumOctober 26, 2023Heigh-ho, Iris! Great question. I don't know that I have answered this directly in any of the videos, but you have a few options here. You could use Rider Switch. In that scenario, the little ones who can't ride stay behind with one of the adults and then after everyone else rides, that adult gets to ride with one or more members of the original party. They usually limit the reride to one person unless there are kids, in which case they often let all the kids ride again, but it is kind of up to the Cast Member. Whichever kids do not ride would either tap in to cancel out their Lightning Lane or you could cancel them in the app. Option two is that you could modify the Lightning Lane and do something else or cancel the LL for one or more in the party. Just tap the three dots on the reservation and choose modify or cancel.10
- Have you played the Disney Genie Slots? In Disney Genie ForumDecember 2, 2023We're at Magic Kingdom (Dec 2)- our 7th park day in a row and first day we bought Genie+ (we found the first 6 days manageable without, including MK on a MVMCP day). We stacked a few while we had breakfast reservations and BBB. This afternoon we felt like superstars with ride after ride. Were from Canada and bought a US SIM card- Disney wifi can be a bit spotty/slow, so this was helpful. Genie also drained our phone batteries faster, so we used our portable battery pack. Great day!!20
- Early Entry EpcotIn Disney Genie ForumOctober 25, 2023Hi Lori! If you are toward the front of the group coming in for early entry, you should not have much of a wait at all. It usually gets a little busier about 10 minutes into Early Entry as the first crowd makes it to the ride, but then it dies down a bit just before actual park open.20
- Earliest time to modify LL?In Disney Genie ForumApril 21, 2024Hi Ariana! As others have shared here, it is quite easy to modify a LL to be later in the day as long as you do it early. As Craig mentioned, you won't see the times until you tap in for that first 15 minutes, but you can still modify during that period and a ride like Remy will show later afternoon return times VERY quickly. Possibly within less than a minute. 😂 Good luck!10
- Earliest time to modify LL?In Disney Genie ForumApril 21, 2024Just my thoughts and not a direct answer to your question - Look into Standby Skipper to add along with your Genie Plus. Do not hesitate to ask staff for help if a problem arises, they have the Blue Umbrellas and they are so helpful.10
- Earliest time to modify LL?In Disney Genie ForumApril 21, 2024Hi Ariana! You should be able to modify immediately. It’s now 9:16 a.m. and you can still get a Remy LL for 8:15 p.m. so you shouldn’t have a problem modifying to a later time. I always like to check out the app days or even weeks before the trip to see how quickly LLs go in the morning. May is usually a slower month depending on when you go, so I think you shouldn’t have any problems with this plan. As Rob explains in their latest video, at 7:00 a.m., Genie+ doesn’t show return times for about 15 minutes so don’t let that throw you. Hope this helps!10
- Modifying within the return periodIn Disney Genie ForumApril 4, 2024Hi Shelly! Great question and the answer is yes. You can modify right up until the moment it expires. Hope you have a wonderful vacation!30
- Park hopping, with a breakIn Disney Genie ForumApril 22, 2024Thanks so much, Rob!20
- Genie+ second park of dayIn Disney Genie ForumApril 21, 2024I second Craig's answer - as long as you have a park hopper, you can book for any park you'd like starting at 7am.10
- Success with Stacking during busy weeks (spring break/xmas)In Disney Genie ForumApril 5, 2024When you're stacking and not just going for the closest time possible, do you get a choice of later times to book?10
- Earliest time to modify LL?In Disney Genie ForumApril 23, 2024Appreciate everyone’s feedback, thank you so much!20
- ModifyingIn Disney Genie ForumApril 21, 2024I would add to Craig's answer that you are also golden on Toy Story as soon as you tap in since that was the last one you booked. As Craig said - those other LL's don't matter for anything going forward in terms of you being able to book something new.30
