Hi, you can use Genie+ in the same way that you described using Fast Pass to ride something twice. Depending on what rides you are hoping for might indicate the specific strategy, but you can certainly rope drop a ride and then get a LL sometime during the day to ride that again later. Also, you're correct that heading to Adventureland and Frontierland at rope drop is a great strategy if you don't have early entry, since those people will likely be in Fantasyland. Depending on what rides you are hoping to ride twice, you'll have to keep an eye on them to see how late their LLs are booking. This also depends on how crowded the park is that day. Check out Rob's videos regarding Genie+ strategies for each park so that you can get an idea regarding which rides are in the highest demand and need to be booked first (otherwise their LLs will sell out). Then I'd suggest watching the videos where he doesn't use Genie+ at all, so that you can get an idea of the best time to ride a particular ride without a LL - then you can ride it twice! Once with the LL and once without!

Thanks Meeshwell - this is a great answer. And I believe you are right – it is the park where you book the ride that determines when the two hours start counting down. I'll try to remember to ask at Guest Relations next time I am at the park, because I don't recall ever testing that out.

Great strategy! Starting with thunder mountain in MK is good since that land isn't open to the early entry folks so you should be good there. I'm assuming you're coming in through the main gate at EPCOT? if so I would rope drop test track or Frozen (but sounds like Test Track may be more of the type of ride you and your daughters would want to prioritize). I would also say that if you don't want to pay for a ILL for 7dwarves (it's a nice ride for kids but i'm not sure everyone needs to prioritize, just based on preference) - if you want to save money and it's not that important to you i wouldn't do the ILL for 7Dwarves and take my chances with the line being short at the end of the night durring the fireworks. just a thought!

Hi Lori - once you book a Lightning Lane, it will appear in the My Day tab, which is accessible from the Tip Board screen or from the main menu by tapping My Disney Genie Day.
