It seems as though Tiana's has been down for the entire day today, and quite a bit yesterday as well. I'm probably going to aim for as early of a return time as possible, and if it's down I will just take the bonus lightning lane. As much as I want to ride it, I'm not going to alter my entire day around it. And yes, we are all very pleased that RnRC will be back up and running.

Hi Lindsey! If I’m reading your question correctly, I’m afraid that yes, the 120 minute rule does re-set to the last LL you booked. If you book a LL for the Studios at 9:30 am for 2pm, you would not be able to book another (for either park) until 11:30.

I have never had a problem getting a refund - Like Craig said - blue umbrellas can help if you are unsure - but Disney really does do the right thing. Have a wonderful trip !

Hi Denis! Unfortunately that does seem to be the case. I did hear Canadians will be able to. It makes me wonder if the system is somehow location based? Maybe someone with deeper tech knowledge would know. Hopefully it will work out for you! 🤞

Before I went (I'm in the UK) I couldn't access the Genie+ purchase screens unless I was in the US. Sounds like it's the same deal with the new system. I did hear of people not being able to make dining reservations either, but I never had that issue. I do wonder if you used a US VPN would that get around the system, but I don't know if that's the "right" way of doing things, if you know what I mean.

Something to bare in mind is the new lightning lane system also starts in a few weeks. Hope you get in there before it starts!
