- AP, Parkhopping, Genie+, and Tiana: Help!In Disney Genie ForumJune 12, 2024Hi Jennifer! First off, You shouldn’t have to worry about scheduling G+ with AP park reservations. As far as Disney is concerned, if you make a reservation for AK you could tap into the park, walk right out and head to MK if you want. They just want to know how many AP holders they can expect on any given day since they aren’t date based tickets. As long as you have a reservation to any park, you are eligible to book LLs at any other park for any time of day. My only concern with your plan is getting a LL for the afternoon. As you said, knowledge is scarce lol. But personally, I’m afraid those G+ LLs will go FAST at 7 am. Unfortunately you’re going the second day it’s open to the public and we are just going to have to wait and see what happens. Sounds like you’ll be our guinea pig and I hope you let us know what happens! The fact that they’re not doing ILLs really messes with my plans too. I’m going to a Halloween party so I just have to wait and see what they will do for the ride. It would have been so nice to be able to purchase one for sometime between 4 and 7 and not have to worry! 😂00

- DisneySea TokyoIn Ear Scouts LodgeJune 27, 2024Japan has been on my bucket list for a while. Looks like you had a great time! A friend of mine is “Very good friends” with Peter Pan in Fantasy Springs!00
- Virtual QueueIn Disney Genie ForumJune 27, 2024I just heard that Peter Pan's Flight will be down starting July 8th. So, I think I will still rope drop JC and get Tiana's as a LL.0
- Peter Pan closureIn Disney World DiscussionJune 27, 2024I checked on MDE and it does say that they will be closed starting on July 8th. I will be there July 13-20th. Looks like I wont be riding this one.00
- New Changes to Lightning LanesIn Disney Genie ForumJune 27, 2024Once it goes into effect, please include how or if these changes impact strategies surrounding rope drop in the various parks. Thank you😀10
- New Changes to Lightning LanesIn Disney Genie ForumJune 26, 2024I'm gonna be honest, but I don't think I'm going to like this change - doesn't suit me at all! I'm the type who doesn't plan ahead and decides what to do on the day depending on how I feel, weather etc. Plus I never stay onsite at Disney. So now, I imagine it will be much more difficult to get good return times for the difficult to get rides. The Genie Slots also massively suited the way I did things, and if this is no longer possible, I imagine it will be a big step back for me :-( As crazy as Genie Plus is, it weirdly works quite well for me and the way I visit parks!20
- Lightning LaneIn Ear Scouts LodgeJune 29, 2024Hi Kathleen! I’m so glad you learned so much in such a short time! I agree, Rob and Erick are excellent teachers! I assume you are asking about the Individual Lightning Lanes (Soon to be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass). In my experience, if a ride isn’t open during the return window I purchased, it has given me a refund (as it should!) I’ve heard some guests have had to go to either Guest Services or to one of the Guest Experience Team members under the blue umbrellas (If you don’t know what I’m referring to, just ask haha.) But absolutely, if you paid for a single ride and it’s not open, you’re entitled to a full refund. Hope you let us know how your trip went! I think the longest I went without a Disney trip is 6 years and that was way too long 😂00
- AK projection show in DecemberIn Disney World DiscussionJune 29, 2024As far as I know, the Holiday Awakenings projection shows are presented every ten minutes throughout the evening. That could change of course, but Disney typically doesn’t announce showtimes until 60 days in advance.00
- 2024 MVMCP and TronIn Disney World DiscussionJune 29, 2024I don’t think they have announced how they are handling Tron this year, but last year party guests could join a VQ at 6pm . My guess is that it will be the same this year, but anything can happen between now and then haha. Good luck!00
- Jollywood Nights QuestionIn Disney World DiscussionJune 29, 2024Rob did a video on this exact thing but about Magic Kingdom, worth having a look back through as the same principles will apply to HS. Essentially it's definitely worth going because the crowds tend to be lower.00
