Yeah as Jessica says, the system does take dining reservations into consideration during the pre-booking phase. Once you're in the park and have "unlocked" you can move things about as much as you please.

Riding our favorites multiple times before the queues get big is always my ultimate aim. Most videos you see focus on doing every single ride, but I think for most people you are always going to have your favorites. We had some good success at Hollywood Studios with this, we early entry rope dropped Rise and then were able to do Millennium Falcon twice with little wait via standby line and later did it a 3rd time with a lightning lane! We also did similar on another day Early Entry rope dropping Slinky, then were able to do Tower of Terror 3 times via standby before having a lightning lane for Slinky to go again. I think the secret for those two above was being at the front of early entry, which means getting to the park 45-60 mins before EE starts, which is obviously pretty early but it does pay off! I think you will find with Buzz and Soarin you could easily do those more than twice as the standby line seems to go up and down on those, so if you catch it right you could manage it.

Just remember if you have 3 “tier 1” rides the rope drop strategy might still take a while - like Rise, Slinky and Falcon may be 90 - 120 min total wait. Personally this is 100% what we do but our top 3 are usually never the ones people run to to rope drop - I can ride small world people mover and buzz in early entry easily ;)

When you are doing your initial reservations it will include dining reservations in the no overlap rules. I think it is close to an hour on either side. So just like LL you will have to wait until you start moving your times to have “overlap”

The feasibility of your plan depends on which rides are your favorites. You can book only one tier 1 ride ahead of time per day, and some of them can become difficult to book on the day. A single popular ride can take up your entire early entry time, and some rides aren't open during early entry. Another way to ride something popular without using up park time is getting into the standby queue just before the park closes.

If you can get three in before the parks officially open, it sounds like a great plan!
