- Can you pre-book LL for all 3 days planned at same time?In Lightning Lane ForumMay 29, 2025The wording on the Disney site is as follows: "Guests with date-based theme park tickets (which require the Guest to choose a start date at the time of purchase) can purchase 3 days before the first day of their ticket, for the total number of valid admission days on their ticket." So to answer your question: On that Thursday, can I book 3 lightning lanes for each of the 3 park days? Yes! At 7am EST on the Thursday you can book for all 3 days. As you mention it's generally recommended to book the Hollywood Studios ones first, I'd then recommend going for Epcot and lastly Animal Kingdom.40
- Quick Service Dining Plan or not.In Disney World DiscussionMay 19, 2025I agree with Craig - I think Value with 1 quick service then saving $1000 will give you money for any snacks and other food you want - I find we never really want a full meal during the days00

In general - we were able to get the first one close and then after the first one I modified all of the lightening lanes together and it worked fine after the first ride. Hopefully I am not too late10
- Syncing Lightning Lane Multi Pass for Date-Based Tickets & Annual Passholders - Any tips or tricks? In Lightning Lane ForumMay 9, 2025"An alternative would be to try and get your husband's reservations to be as close to yours as possible but not book them together. You have a 2 hour grace period after a lightning lane expires so you should be able to get reasonably close to each other, although this may not be possible on the very popular attractions." Not a bad suggestion but for the more popular rides as you say. We will have to see how it goes!10
- Syncing Lightning Lane Multi Pass for Date-Based Tickets & Annual Passholders - Any tips or tricks? In Lightning Lane ForumMay 9, 2025This is an interesting quirk, unfortunately I can't help with the annual pass\date based ticket advice, but for the lightning lanes the answer is yes you will be able to add him to reservations but only if there is space available. It would essentially be like booking a new lightning lane reservation for both of you. An alternative would be to try and get your husband's reservations to be as close to yours as possible but not book them together. You have a 2 hour grace period after a lightning lane expires so you should be able to get reasonably close to each other, although this may not be possible on the very popular attractions.10
- 3day park itinerary helpIn Disney World DiscussionMay 3, 2025If you're planning to do Tron, the single pass would save you about an hour waiting. There is really no other way to save time on Tron since it's not open during early entry.0
- Stacking lanesIn Lightning Lane ForumApril 29, 2025So we basically did this last trip - we started at Animal Kingdom and after Safari at 830 - I changed all my lightening lanes to Epcot after 1 - we had 3 back to back including Frozen at 6 pm. It worked great and I was able to ride what I wanted with no waits10
- Stacking lanesIn Lightning Lane ForumApril 15, 2025What Kiran suggests is the best way to do it currently, but it's unofficial.20
- Stacking lanesIn Lightning Lane ForumApril 15, 2025You can only get three at a time now UNLESS you have a ride closure during one of your lightening lanes and you get an experience redemption. However you can “stack” those three later in the day - you can’t overlap them until the morning.20
- Stacking lanesIn Lightning Lane ForumApril 15, 2025Unofficially, yes. While Lightning Lane return times are supposed to be 1-hour windows, you seem to be able to scan in for an additional 2 hours after the official return time. And once the official 1-hour return time window passes you are able to book another lightning lane. So if you let one of your 3 return times pass, you can book another, and now have 4 lightning lanes booked. You can keep doing this to create a stack. This is very handy if you have a mid-day break. Here's an example: Suppose you have Pirates at 12:00, Haunted Mansion at 12:30, and Peter Pan at 1:00, and you plan to be having lunch or lounging at your resort at that time. At 1pm, your Pirates has "expired" and you book Dumbo for 3pm. At 12:30pm your Haunted Mansion expires, and you book Buzz Lightyear for 3:30pm. At 1pm your Peter Pan expires and you book Space Mountain for 4pm. Then after you're done your relaxing mid-afternoon break, you head back to the park and you have a stack of 6 rides ready to go. You ride Pirates at 2:45 Haunted Mansion at 3:00 Peter Pan at 3:15 Dumbo at 3:30 Buzz Lightyear at 3:45 Space Mountain at 4pm For each of the last 3 you can book another. But keep in mind that you can't "unlock" lightning lanes without scanning into one. This means you won't be able to book additional tier 1's, or attractions in other parks. So if you're looking to stack so that you can show up later in the morning, then you will be limited in your choice of lightning lanes. Also note, that officially return times are 1-hour long, so Disney could close this loophole at any time.20
