Hey Scouts! So on my solo trip last December, I was able to snag a seat at the Nomad Lounge bar and tried the Bangkok wings. I'm a big fan of Asian cuisine and just loved these. So tonight I got it in my head to try and duplicate the recipe. Nothing to go on but my memory and the menu description. I have to say, I think I nailed it! Sweet (palm sugar), sticky (honey), spicy (Birds Eye chilis), tangy (fresh lime), and packed with umami (fish sauce). Some jasmine rice and a quick pickle rounded it out perfectly.
